Appointment Cancellation Policy: All appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid cancellation fees. For canceling less then 24 hours prior to appointment time your card will IMMEDIATELY be charged 50% of the service price booked at the time of cancellation. NO CALL/NO SHOW will be charged the full amount booked 15 minutes after time of service. If the card is declined you will be blocked until the fee is paid. Late Policy: There is a 15 minute grace period. You must communicate by text or call if you will be late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will forfeit your deposit and you will be asked to reschedule a new appointment with a new retainer. Kids/Visitors: No kids or visitors are allowed during appointment time Soak off: If you need do soak off your nails please ensure you book a soak off with the desired service.
